• Do not allow water to get on your sutures.
  
  
• If there is no dressing on your wound, apply Bacitracin® ointment 3 or 4 times daily.
  
  
• Avoid all products containing aspirin or ibuprofen. Tylenol® is safe to take.
  
  
• If you have any bleeding, apply gentle pressure to the wound with gauze or a facial tissue for a few minutes, then gently release. If you continue to have bleeding, call us.
