General Office Policies
Fees
Please pay for routine office visits, procedures, and tests at the time of your visit. If you are scheduled for surgery, we may ask you to pay part of your surgical fee in advance. Because it is usually not covered by insurance, we require advance payment in full for cosmetic surgery. We participate in Medicare and most Blue Cross programs. We do not participate in any HMO programs.
